Drawn to Cornwall by the wonderful coastline and quality of light, I have been living and painting near Falmouth since the late 1990's and specialise in oil on canvas seascapes. I try to capture a feeling of depth and clarity of detail in my paintings. I love the effects of light on the sea and often attempt to paint the same stretches of coastline in different seasons and weathers conditions.
