From as many heavens we must fall until we know what is good for us........
Ikarus fell because he was too close to the sun and the wax melted on its feathers. This story from the distant past that touches our old human dream of flying shows what achievements we are capable of when there is no other way. Shows how careful we must deal with our skills - to achieve the goal.
We just have to learn to deal properly with the joy of our abilities, with a little more humility.
I thought about this theme for a long time, had to paint it, put this fascinating story into a picture.
