Description

I arrived here hoping to capture this scene under star light with the feature reflected into this puddle left by a resort storm. White Pocket is much higher in elevation than Kanab and as I neared my destination I saw the temperature gauge drop to 7 degrees. The puddle was had turned to ice! I momentarily toyed with the idea of removing the ice to achieve my preconceived image but quickly decided that the Ice created an even more unique image.
