Spot on, Patricio! Valparaiso differs from Old World cities: its gentry remains below, while the favella hovers above. You convey the paradoxical spaciousness of the city street, contrasted with the impossibly crowded hillside... is this where the fire broke out a few years ago?

You're right, good observation. The fire started at the summit of one of Valparaiso's many hills.
