I like painting owl's, I love the look on their faces. The look on an owl's face says in my mind - "I know something important, but your only human, so I'm not going to tell you." When I painted this image I was very much going through a transformation in my artwork to more spiritual matters and this piece was a huge stepping stone in the right direction.
