Anne-Elizabeth, I love the tenderness and fragility of your muted neutrals contrasting with the distinct S of the bird's neck, the sharp eye and beak. Perfect balance and harmony! I do not have much experience with watercolour, but found it exceedingly difficult to acheive this type of control. The feathers on the chest are outstanding, exquisite. [Btw, I really like the machine digits at the base...they offer a bizarre, contemporary comment, jarring with the soft, dreamy mood of the whole piece; I tried to get at this in the piece "Pleasant Harmony Feels Good"] I also really love your bio; it truly does encourage, inspire and empower me - it must do the same for others. This energy will be returned to you many times.
