Description
The relaxing peace and tranquility discovered while fly fishing in a Southern Ontario stream is only interrupted by the occasional nibble and actual catching of a fish. As Nature's gentle symphonic sounds of melodious warblers, tweeters and peepers fill the spring air, the occasional laughing quacker is sure to put a smile on your face. These heavenly choruses of songbirds, frogs and ducks celebrate the renewal of life as I watch in silence and awe.

Thank you very much, Hanne Lore. I love this painting. It brings back fond memories of my long gone father who used to get up every Saturday morning at 3 a.m. to go fishing.

The finesse of your paintings and their description is so fulfilling, Hanne Lore. Look at the plants in front, so refined and well defined, while the last tree in the distance is painted as if in the mist, in a beautiful atmospheric perspective, with the lightest touch. And the action in the center: not only is the fish the essence but the painter who caught him is the master! L/F
