Description
Early morning, four farmers' wives are going to the open market. They will sell their farm products. One of them is holding a rooster for sale. This tatched house is closed at the moment. There is an empty roadside shop with a table next to the house. The owner will be displaying his farm products on the table later on.

This print was being purchased since August 27, 2012 by a collector from Montauk, N.Y. Unfortunately, this print could not be sold at that time because it was too dark and blurry. Since I was away, I could not replace it on time. I had replaced it after all, and FAA was able to make a print for me that I had purchased on December 9, 2012. I was very pleased of the replaced image which appears of good quality. I thank anyone who commented on that painting.

Nicole, this was my selection for discussion today in the Female Artists-Creative Women Group. I always have an admiration for primitive paintings because, with their bright colors and simple shapes, they convey so much. This entire composition is swaying, sashaying, almost dancing down the road to the market - even the palm trees seem to be echoing the rhythm of the ladies. Well done! Voted
