When I first started painting , the theme Mother and Daughter showed itself everywhere on canvas . The brush strokes and the palette knife kept leading me towards this inner need and I kept creating a new environment to fulfill it. If you read the description of my first painting , My Daughter , it will probably give you the answer to explain it .
My relationship with my brush , pallet knife and couleurs guides my imagination as my art evolves . The colors and spots take on a life of their own . Most of the time characters appear and I have but to accentuate their presence . My brush or pallet knife is the creator . I am a spectator .

C' est mon pinceau , ma palette et les taches de couleur qui me guident. L'evolution de la toile vient de l'imagination , du subconscient. Les taches de couleur deviennent suggestives, et c'est ainsi que la toile evolue. Souvent, des personnages apparaissent et il ne me reste qu'a accentuer leur presence. Je ne suis que spectatrice dans cette demarche de creativite! !
