This is a painting i did specifically for the Friends of norfolk animal care and adoption center located in Norfolk Va . Their facebook page is Norfolk animal care center please visit to support all the animals that need help. The kitten was one that came into the shelter with medical problem and after several surgeries poor turtle succumbed to her problems at a very young age. This painting is in her honor and from my point of view is very much a driving force behind what they do . So a portion of the proceeds from the sale of these prints and products here and on cafepress goes straight to the center to help all the animals they touch . so that you for your support.
