Description
The magenta wildflowers growing at the edge of this forest have their own exotically natural charm. Though generally considered as weeds, these brightly colored Musk Thistles remind us that there are wonderful undiscovered mysteries within our own self.
During June in Boulder County, we find these wildflowers growing along the tree-lined river that flows through Golden Ponds Park, in Longmont, Colorado.
This radiant scene is presented in Joel's signature neo-impressionist style, to express the lush wild healing energies that nature shares with us.

This is the kind of scene I always loved to see. Even here I look for these little often spurned little beauties. Gorgeous work Joel.
