Description
Fallucas are an ancient wind driven water craft used in the Mediterranean area. These are special flying fallucas. Not because of their sails, but because I was painting them one evening out in the open air and forgot to bring them in during a storm. The next morning before daylight, I went out to discover that they were no longer on the easel. They had gone flying off and miraculously landed paint side up on the deck. The bad part of that was that I stepped on them by accident in the dark! Well, here they are in all their storm damaged glory.
