Description
This was a nest plastered to the side of my neighbor's house, and during the 100 degree temps we had during this duration of nesting, we provided shade and some droplets of water whenever mother was away, and I think with a little TLC, all four of the babies did survive, to fly away, and then we dismantled the nest after they evacuated it. Very hot and the shade a a few drops of water seemed to work, as my neighbor was not willing to eat worms, chew them up, digest them partially, then regurgitate them for baby food. I couldn't convince him no matter how much I tried. LOL Hope to enjoy their adulthood next spring, if we are so lucky!
