Description
I painted two versions of this old chain. One with a very dark appearance and a skull and crossbones lock, the other much brighter with a very light colored lock. This one I call "Evil" and its sister painting is called "Good." When sitting side by side, they compliment each other beautifully. Both were painted using 18th century reproduction watercolor paint on Arches 140# paper.

Thanks for your critique of my work. I needed your opinion. I love your portrayal of chains and locks! I feel the coldness of the heavy chain in this one!
