Description

There's nothing like the cool of evening shadows after a hot summer day. This painting was originally inspired by a stroll down a country road in Eastern Washington State. The Palouse area has delightful rolling hills with only an occasional tree to interrupt. But when the sun is hot, and the day has been a long one, those trees provide the most delightful shade fro an evening walk.
