Description
This painting of downtown Encinitas depicts the California city on Route 101, but also symbolizes my artistic perspective. We saw a movie of this beautiful city in Boston, Massachusetts many years ago and were immediately attracted to its sunny coastal location. We came here on vacation 32 years ago, and essentially stayed. The La Paloma theater marquis displays some of our favorite movies.
The art show with tents in the background represents our life on the art circuit.
