Although the sport itself is considered a blood sport; one can not look away from the theatrical appeal of both characters of the sport (The Matador [Bullrider] and the bull).
In this painting, we have tried to portray a relationship between both characters while at the same time trying to project the personalities; The Matador in the peak of his pride and control, while the bull is wild with tendencies of being submissive.
