Title: Silver Lily With Dew Drops

While on Spring walk in our neighborhood I was struck by this brilliant white Calla Lily in my neighbors garden. The way the sun was shinning on the lily it appeared to have a soft silver look to it. I decided when I got back to my photography studio to add some post production work to the lily to enhance the silver feel I felt when I took the photography. The dew drops added to the overall beautiful of this flower, it added another layer of artistic beauty to the shot.

Jerry Cowart - My journey with photography is an ongoing and ever-evolving process. I am challenged to slow down each and every day in this busy world and to stop and admire all the beauty by which I am surrounded. What I have discovered is to enjoy the moment, to love the sound of the shutter as it goes off and be lost in the joy of that one perfect moment and be able to capture it in my camera.
