Juergen, I am back. I like this so much. I am so glad you did not get a speeding ticket. Way cool. i like your anecdotes... They add a lot to the overall feeling of the pictures.

I almost got a ticket since I was a little bit over the speed limit that morning. When the officer asked me what the hurry was I told him that I was chasing the light ... he looked into the backseats and saw all my gear and let me go without paying. I drove speed limit all day thereafter! Regards, Juergen

you should totally check out the alpine flowers next month, you don't even have to hike to get to the ones on mt. washington, the trail leaves right from the auto road. you have some great flowers photos, you would have a blast trying to get up close to the ones that are only an inch off the ground and the size of a push pin!

Love this, it brings me to where I go for retreat and reflection , I moved back north so I can go there more frequently...this is the place, where everything is, nothing surpasses the great Whites in my soul.

I took a drive through the White Mountains last fall, went to Robert Frost's home, - it is breathtaking there! Wonderful shot!!!
