Description
This image was created for a contest which asked for a layer of wood grain texture. I tried nature images but they were not working so thought why not a portrait. And to my surprise the texture played down unwanted background features . The child is standing with another person which was reflected in the mirror but now just shows her reflection. Although this image did not make a win in that contest it tied for 2nd Place in: Beyond the Comfort Zone which was all about trying something new.
