A touring bicycle
awaits it's owner
in front of this rural cottage
in Switzerland.
Many of the village's people
ride to work
or to do errands,
cycling along the rural
countryside
from town to town,
enjoying the summery fresh air.
Fiercely patriotic,
even the bike is decorated
with a small Swiss flag,
to wave in the breeze
over the front wheel...
This is the village of Hettlingen
with it's interesting
old architecture
and pretty flowering
window boxes...
