Description
This beautiful print was taken on a late summer evening in downtown Austin. The Mexican freetail bats take flight over the Austin skyline from their home under the Congress Avenue bridge. The bats have become a part of Austin tradition as hundreds of thousands of visitors come to Austin to view them during their migration. This print shows the stream of bats flying out over Lady Bird Lake (Town Lake) at dusk. A great gift and memento for anyone who has seen these creatures fill the night sky over Austin.
