Description
This oil painting was inspired by a mountain of clouds over the Pacific ocean. In the evening, just before sundown, the light peeped through the upper layers creating deep orange and red hues, but down below, the clouds were dark gray, almost purple, and rain was visible, a thunderstorm approaching.
The original painting was created on an 11x14 inch stretched canvas with professional grade oil paints.
