"Sulphur Butterfly And Scripture" was taken at the Greensboro Beautiful Gateway Gardens in Greeensboro, NC. This butterfly was flitting among all the flowers and I followed her until I could capture this image. Their color was vibrant and I had not seen one this close before. This scripture in Genesis resonated with me when I saw this scene, how beautifully made in fine detail she was as well as the flowers she was visiting. I am always amazed when I see the fine details of creation in nature. The cloudless sulphur or cloudless giant sulphur (Phoebis sennae) is a midsized butterfly in the family Pieridae found in the New World. The common habitats of this butterfly are open spaces, gardens, glades, seashores, and watercourses. This looked like the female to me as close as I could tell.
