Dedicated to Camille Claudel, French Impressionist sculptor, contemporary of Rodin, and her tragic life story. My greatest fear is to rewrite it: to be claimed... mySelf...

Oh, Sora, this is so powerful - the more so with your description! But you know you've placed the fear in paint and spread it upon another canvas, apart from you - and I can see the embers of light glinting along and inside the ridges of paint, waiting to come fuller to life in another work....
Sora Neva replied:
You know, Feilpe, this is poetry to my ears. And you are right, there IS another canvas. Full of rainbow and starlight. I have been painting it all around me.........
Hartmut Jager
Powerful and sad portrait of the tragic life of Camille Claudel because Rodin stifled her carrier, possibly out of petty macho- jealousy.
Sora Neva replied:
Thank you, dear Hartmut. Yeah, there are many versions of her story, as there are of History/Herstory itself, and our best guess is from the Heart...
