I know this isn't recent, but with the recent horrific discoveries of the genocide of First Nations children (215 unmarked graves here in Kamloops) that were taken from their homes and placed into residential schools by the government and the Catholic church - nuns and priests - now today July 15th 2021 - are telling their stories. We all must awake to these horrifying stories and let the process of healing continue.Abstract and a bit ghostly, a tribute to the Chiefs of the various bands that offer leadership and generosity.
