A friends dog passed away and I asked for a photo of it. she sent it and this is the painting I did. she was most pleased when she received the painting. "I had viewed your other portraits of dogs and knew they were good. I didn't realize just how good not knowing the dogs. Having loved this old boy for almost 15years, I can tell you your talent is exceptional as is this painting. I am honored and touched by this gesture of friendship. Cheryl'
