moonlight becomes me
i wish i could capture it
save it in a jar
for the nights when the moon hides
and nothing but heartache shines

I really love the color tones and lighting in this beautiful painting. Fabulous mood. I like your poem too.

How beautiful, Gina! Love the varied shades of blue and green. Wonderful lighting too... no need to light the candle. f/l/tw
Pharris Art
Extraordinary in its initial appearance of simplicity
RC DeWinter replied:
Many thanks. It was a bear to paint, because the original background in the windowpanes was a mess and had to be removed, and then mullions recreated.
