I was going home from my mother-in-law's over the weekend and drove past a subdivision on the way. There were around forty Canadian Geese in the front yard of the first house of the entrance. I could not believe my eyes, for they usually land near water, but there were no ponds in site anywhere. I was only able to get a shot of a few, due to the surroundings. I guess they were resting on their way southward for their journey.
