For those of us that make up the Dawn Patrol, and even those that chase the golden hour, this brief moment is what we live for. We study the forecast, we check the sky, we study the ephemeris, in search of the perfect combination of light, color and clouds. When all aligns, we are delighted, but we must be quick, for this moment is brief. A blink of an eye and it may vanish, as it so often does.

For those that may not know, this is Sandy Point, albeit, off the beaten path.
