The North Carolina Blue Ridge Parkway showcasing some crepuscular sun rays over layers of southern appalachian mountains bathed in golden hour sunset light. Western NC has so many scenic landscape opportunities that I never get tired of exploring here! This photo was shot from the Blue Ridge Parkway south of Asheville NC and overlooks the southern Appalachians and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Hope you enjoy it!
