Description
When we went to Yellowstone National Park in the spring of 2012, we saw these two among a herd that was near the front entrance. I wanted to show energy in the painting to go along with the energy of the wrestling bison. I tried to paint more "painterly", as in looser brush strokes. I tried.
I also framed up the painting in a wide wood frame with beads on the inside. I also added a liner to pop the colors.
