Description
This is the second pastel I did for this year's plein air art festival held by the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art. We were only allowed two entries and after doing this on the square, I moved out of town to a vantage point overlooking 75 freeway, and the on ramp and overpass that I had been working on previously. It was twice the size of this and won first place award! HOORAY!
