Sunrise at North Lake, A reflection of Aspen. I have heard the words “Look at your feet” several times during photo workshops. It is all
too easy to get lost in photographing a certain view, and forget to
look around, look down, look up. I had spent the whole sunrise shooting
an amazing sunrise over this lake, and for once hadn’t wandered from
my spot. As we were leaving, a friend noted this Aspen Snag - and I
quickly set up the tripod and worked with the wood and
the golden reflections from the Aspens on
the far side of the lake.
