Description
It's fall here in Ohio and autumn color is at it's peak. This scenic landscape is a part of the James H. Mcbride Arboretum in Huron, Ohio. The arboretum is a combination of beautiful formal garden spaces, three lakes and natural prairie land. The prairie is the result of an restoration effort in the early 80's by John Blakeman. Blakeman used seeds exclusively collected from local Firelands Prairie prairie remnants. The arboretum is owned and maintained by Bowling Green State University Firelands campus.
