Description
Manipulated photograph of the grand atrium in the Blanton Museum of Art, at the University of Texas in Austin, showing a portion of "Stacked Waters" by Teresita Fernández. This permanently installed work was designed for the Blanton, and produces the effect of light from the ceiling skylights filtering through water. The steps are the first portion of a grand staircase that ascends to the permanent collections, well above the main floor.

I would like to thank the person in Austin who purchased a print of this photograph today! I've always loved the beautiful grand staircase at the Blanton Museum since I first visited the building. I hope this photo may bring you many years of enjoyment! I would love it if you could let me know how you end up placing it!
