Description
All that glitters is definitely not gold, especially when it's a brilliant day with the sun sparkling and glittering off the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. One of dozens of beaches within a few miles of the capital of Nova Scotia, Halifax, this one is at the community of West Chezzetcook, only a few miles east of the capital city region, along the coastal highway No. 7. Traveling along this rural road, there are many, many side roads to be explored, all of which lead to the ocean, where you'll find sandy beaches, rocky beaches headlands, marshlands and all sorts of lovely pristine areas to explore or just to sit, maybe with a picnic, and contemplate the beauty of sea and sky.
