Description
Wurtherington, Diary, art by Tenda Spencer,
Guards were lined up around the perimeter and they all rushed for me.
"Seize the girl and throw all of them all into the dungeon!" commanded the evil caliph. He ran over to Princess Jasmine and dragged her back to the altar. The guards rushed toward us. We drew our swords ready to fight.
Princess Jasmine screamed, "Get away from me you disgusting man. I will never marry you!"
Mardonio held her tight. He said, "You will marry me and be a faithful wife." He told the gentleman to proceed with the wedding.
Suddenly, Ala Baba and the forty thieves jumped from the urns and began dueling with the guards. They began to chant as they overcame the guards.
"Ali Baba, Ali Baba!
We are forty thieves who will never run.
We fight for freedom, under the desert Sun.
Ali Baba, Ali Baba!"

Very nice work. It looks like the political class in my country.
Reynold Jay replied:
Hi Joaquin! I would bet you are correct. On occasion over the years, when my students got out of hand, it often looked like this too. A rule that works in my household is that Politics is very much taboo! That helps a lot from scenes like this one. Thank you for you humorous comment. ( although I'm sure it is true!).
