WATERCOLOR AND SOME ACRYLIC INK ON ARCHES WATERCOLOR PAPER, 15 X 11 INCHES. This is another "depression drawing" and I hope nobody will be shocked or offended. (I apologize beforehand if that happens since I had no intention to shock or to offend). Drawing and painting did, for me, a lifesaving job during my mid-life crysis, really and I understood again and better what Graham Greene meant, in "Ways of Escape" when he wrote: "�Writing is a form of therapy; sometimes I wonder how all those who do not write, compose or PAINT can manage to escape the madness, the melancholia, the panic fear which is inherent in the human situation.�

Thank you, Rosy. It makes sense, no doubt, for me. Comments like yours and chance meetings like ours, in the ether, makes worthwhile all this work and time we put (sometimes with no monetary succes) in FAA or other sites like this. If I would not meet and see the works of exquisite artists like yourself and a few others ( that I would not cite for fear to forget some) all this work and time would be pointless...

Very fine personal and emotional work Ion. We must create from both the heart and mind and constantly challenge ourselves to keep from going mad. At least that is what i think. Your friends that were shocked and are no longer friends. That is sad, I think good friends shocked or not would understand … but I am rambling, sorry. -- v/f

Lucrarea am facut-o repede si fara sa ma gandesc prea mult si ma bucur ca nu te-a socat fiindca am avut ceva amici care au interpretat-o gresit si au fost dezgustati ...Nu prea vad de ce dar tu esit filosof, eu, fost prof de istorie...
