It's such a joyful image to me, I don't know why... Maybe it's colors of the sky and the sun shining through clouds (fog?) and plum branches, or maybe the delicate shiny blossoms on the black tree, which makes a great contrast with a rich blue background... I can't name just one thing.

I like this art for its color and mass balance. The orange against the blue also is great use of complementary colors in color theory.
