Description
An old farmhouse down a long dirt road in the countryside of Hudson Valley of New York . Late Autumn in Bloomingburg NY . Americana ; Folk Art and Whimsical Country Primitives Watercolor Paintings and Illustrations.
An old Victorian wrought iron fence leads to a stone path down to the old house nestled in the Autumn Countryside.
Life in the country...
Everyone knows a home... an old farmhouse down a long dirt road....
One that sticks in our mind and our hearts, and brings back fond memories.
A Grandparent's house and a visit in the country for a few weeks in the summer.
Where children could play on an old wooden swing, or run through the meadows.
Riding an old Paint horse bareback through the fields and pastures. Exploring and new adventures in an old abandoned barn.
A time when things were simpler. The morning's eggs delivered by the hens and milk fresh from the farmer's cow. Lazy days spent lying in the grass just watching the clouds go by, or an afternoon hunting crayfish in the creek.
A trip down memory lane... always brings a smile to the heart.
