FAA WATERCOLOR MARK DOES NOT APPEAR ON FINAL SALES
Every Tuesday night in my hometown of Franklin Square, New York located on Long Island they hold a town Classic Car Show. The shows have been getting bigger and attracting more and more different style Classic Cars. At a most recent show I was walking through the parking lot when I came across this stunning colored 1932 Ford Roadster, the paint job was amazing with the majority of the car painted in a deep red but the front of the car starting out in yellow then fading to orange and eventually turning to various shades of red, to give the viewer the impression of speed. In addition, the owner had a local artist do a fantastic paint job with flames flowing along the sides and on the roof of the car. The car was your standard Roadster with the chopped hard top roof. Another attraction was the over sized front fenders which supported the front headlights and the long running board which ran from the front fenders to the rear fenders connecting the front and rear fenders together. This year was the year Ford came out with the long vertical grill as seen in this photo. Also this grill was surrounded by a metal casing on its sides to protect it. This mint conditioned car appeared like it had just rolled off the assembly line taken everyone back to 1932.
