A variety of alternative health and wellness products and practitioners will be at this monthly event held at Mustard Seed Herbery in El Mirage, AZ

Stop by Beth Cornell's booth if you'd like to make your own mandala - it takes about one hour - all instruction and supplies provided for $5 - or buy one of Beth's mandalas, she wil have some ready made. Great for your meditation practice and a good way to tune up for the New Year.


Hours are 10am-3pm beth will be on hand with Daily Random Reminders, Meditation and Creative Art products and services.
