Venus Envy Quad Cities (VEQC) is a festival and art exhibit celebrating women in the arts. The festival will be both inside and outside Bucktown Center for the Arts in downtown Davenport. The visual art exhibit is open May 4-24, 2013. The event is free; donations are encouraged.
