Hello Joanne

We have a mutual friend Dennis Brookshire and he has encouraged me to contact
you. Myself, I am an established and published Artist and have a great painting
that I would love to donate to the upcoming silent auction on May 3rd.

10 years ago my husband was killed on his motorcycle by a undocumented person.
He was only 44 years old and was a good looking, kind and loving man. His love
for exploring was on weekends when we could take off to Sedona or somewhere in
the State on his 1500 cc VOLCAN. Bruce my husband loved the old Indian
motorcycles and I had started a painting back in 2003. After his death it was
hard for me to paint and needed to heal. At the same time I was commissioned to
do 12 florals for the Wynn Hotel. You talk about timing... Anyway, recently I
had finished the painting and had it framed by another artist Charlie Smith. His
materials for framing are one of a kind and reclaimed wood from around the USA.
The two piece set is absolutely gorgeous and would like to help raise money for
the Children.
When Bruce died we used the Make A Wish Foundation we had sent families on trips
to Disney on the Canadian side as well as the US side. I had donated his organs
and was so happy that we were able to help do many people. That was my husband,
a giver and always a good listener. Myself, I had learned to take a negative and
make a positive. Charity to help the children is one of great interest and self
gratifying to me...

With that said, it would be an honor and a great 10 year anniversary to have
