Simply Drawing Life Drawing at Silent Poetry Art Studio

Simply Drawing is a weekly non instructional 3-hour life drawing class which meets every Thursday evening from 6.30 to 9.30pm. Come join us to practice your drawing skills in a friendly, non-competitive environment. We alternate male and female professional models that will pose unclothed, aiming for a diversity in age and body shapes.

This group is for both amateur and experienced artists, and we welcome all skill levels.

During the 3-hour session will have a series of short poses to warm up ( 1and 2 minutes) and a few long poses (5 minutes to 25-30 minutes).



Classes will be held every Thursday, 6.30 to 9.30 PM
We will increase the ratio of female models to male models so as to have about 1/3 male models and 2/3 female models
Registration is here. Once you choose the classes you want to attend, your fee will be calculated automatically.
The new fees are, for each four-week session:
CAD 18 for 1 class
CAD 33 for 2 classes (16.50 per class)
CAD 45 for 3 classes (15 per class)
CAD 54 for 4 classes (13.50 per class)

Silent Poetry Art Studio is located at:1179 B Roosevelt Crescent, one block west of Capilano Mall.

The studio is on the second floor. Unlimited parking is available on Roosevelt Crescent and Mc Kay Road. You could also park in the Capilano mall parking and walk one block by taking the pedestrian bridge on Mc Kay Road. At this time of day, parking should not be a problem.
