Sideshow Entertainers

Stillwater artist, graphic designer, humorist and writer has created a series of seventeen \"Sideshow Entertainers\" - like you\'d see at a circus or fair (like the freak shows only not quite as disturbing). The paintings are accompanied by vinyl banners, a barker script and a one-minute \"musical portrait\" composed specifically for the characters in the series by Minneapolis Chamber Jazz Ensemble, Lulu\'s Playground.

The opening on October 31st at the Stillwater Public Library\'s beautiful rooftop veranda gallery space will feature Lulu\'s Playground performing the seventeen pieces live. The event is open to the public and will run from 7p to 9p.
