Joy of Art Winter 2015 painting class in Callanwolde Arts Center

Join a wonderfully creative space where the secrets of creating original art can be yours! Each class is designed to help you learn a basic acrylic or oil painting technique, so you can build your skills and improve your paintings. Students will acquire basic painting skills, color theory, how to mix colors and use different brush types and various techniques of brushstrokes. Learn the basics of good composition and design in an atmosphere of fun, learning and self-expression through creative arts. Ideal for the beginner or students with some previous sketching experience.More advanced students are also welcome and can build upon their skills and learn how to critique their own work.
