Introduction to Drawing Workshop

Workshops offered in September, October and December 2013 from my studio in Flatrock, NL

Two (2) Four hour classes - $80

Drawing is the backbone of all art, no matter what the medium. As will all skills, there are specific techniques to learn that help you achieve the results you want.

These classes are for individuals who want to learn the basics of traditional drawing or for those more experienced artists who would like to refresh their drawing skills. Using classical techniques, you will learn how to construct simple shapes, develop form, and shading. Observational skills, sketching, understanding and using various drawing tools will also be covered. You will leave the classes with the information needed to guide your practice sessions and develop your drawing skills to the level that you wish.

An advanced drawing workshop will be offered in 2014 that enables individuals to build on skills learned in Introduction to Drawing.
