HIDE An exhibition of Fine Art on Leather

HIDE is an exhibition from Karl Hamilton-Cox of Art On Leather. The exhibit features original and innovative erotic works painted on various types, colours and textures of leather. Of his first showing outside of the UK, the artist says "My work is unashamedly illustrative in nature as I prefer a realism style that I feel is more of a technical challenge than contemporary representative or abstract genres."

The exhibition runs from 22 June 2013 to 05 January 2014 and contains original artwork and associated prints for sale. The Private View is on the evening of 21 June, the exhibition is open during the Museum opening hours, please check the website for details as the venue is open Thursday to Sundays only and an entrance fee is payable.
